I'm going to try and not whine about being sick today....ok, maybe not. My cold has turned into a sinus infection *(big surprise there) I'm now starting to debate how long I can take it until I decide to go see the Dr. for anti-biotics. We shall see how long I can hold out. I hate taking anti-biotics so...

It's a cold, rainy day today and it's making me want to nap. Not good.

I started back to Community Band this past Monday night. We're having a "theme" concert at the end of October. We did a Halloween show a couple of years ago and it was great fun and the audience just loved it. This time around we're doing a "Western" thing. There's a couple of meaty pieces in the selections, but there's also a hell of a lot of hokie-ness. I've also got to come up with something to wear for the thing. As most of you know, I'm not a big wearer of the western style...so this could be a challenge. Hopefully western wear comes in black.

We've had big drama here at the Library this week. It all concerns the Friends of the Library, so I'm going to save it and write about it on my LJ.

maybe it's time for that nap now...
