2006-07-19 - 12:39 p.m. I have to say that I'm really enjoying just going home right after work. No rehearsals, no meetings, nothing but time to do what *I* want/need to do. I know it won't last, but dang it's awfully nice right now. Since I don't have any rehearsals (well, not until Thursday night) I've had time to walk on the Treadmill a whole bunch and watch some TV. yay! Caught the new show on Sci-Fi last night, "Eureka" and it was pretty darn good. I'll be looking forward to some other episodes. I've also been watching the new "Blade" on Spike, it isn't too bad either. However, tonight I'm going to be in a quandry. "Nightmares & Dreamscapes" comes on and so does "Blade". Guess I'll be needing to look for a video tape. I hate it when two shows I want to see are on at the same time. I really need the Tivo thing, but since there's no extra cash for that luxury...I'll be doing without. sigh. Oh well, tape works good too. I guess I'm just a TV whore. I've also been able to start catching up on my housecleaning and my laundry. I really need to gather up a bunch of my clothes and make a trip to the Goodwill. I need to implement the idea that if I buy a garment, I get rid of another. Hard to do though, but it's something to work on.
