2006-05-10 - 10:47 a.m. Well, the big zit is mostly gone today. I actually think it wasn't a zit and something bit me in my sleep. Too bad it wasn't something fun :) I also survived the dentist yesterday, but I've got two fractured molars and I'm going to have to have them fixed. I've probably put it off long enough--about a year--so it's time. Fortunately, they will allow me to do the installment plan. That's nice, since I don't have insurance. It's really just too expensive in the long run. keep your fingers crossed that my teeth don't break off within the next 4 weeks...then I can get one of them done. We'll be waiting on the other. yay. There are stupid people in the library today. Hopefully they'll leave soon. I've got a meeting downtown this afternoon to discuss the future of the DVD collections in the branches. We really want to get rid of our VHS collections and we're slowly going to do that, but do we want to continue to charge for movies? do we want to lower our overdue fines? do we want people to be able to request movies? What will all that stuff do to/for us? I'm sure it will be super exciting.
